From “Take-It-Or-Leave-It” Offers to “Take-It-Or-Beleft- Out” Ultimatum - A Trade Mechanism for Online Services [de]
In this work authors presented a mechanism which presents online service providers with a pricing model combined out of a posted price ‘auction’ and an ultimatum. It presents service providers with the option to reduce energy costs of their resource centers by invoking a discriminatory pricing mechanism which allows for a ranking of requests, without immediately confounding to direct monopoly pricing.
